Privacy policy

SAS BikUp, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, is the controller of the personal data collected on the BikUp Pro website. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.

1. What we collect

• Your answers: poll answers, votes, suggested ideas and questions asked.
• Your contact details, if you choose to leave them: name, company or establishment, town, size of your fleet, email address, phone number and call-back time slot.
• A visitor identifier generated at random, stored in a cookie (see below).

We do not collect any banking data on this website, and we use neither audience measurement tools nor advertising cookies.

2. Why

• To reply to you and call you back, when you ask us to.
• To contact you again about BikUp Pro, if you ticked the box provided.
• To develop BikUp Pro: polls and the roadmap help us choose the next features.
• To protect forms against automated submissions.

This processing is based on your consent (contact details, call-back request) and on our legitimate interest in improving our services (polls, votes, ideas).

3. The “bp_visiteur” cookie

When you first submit a form, a cookie named bp_visiteur is set. It contains only an identifier generated at random, never your answers or your contact details. It is used to retrieve your answers when you come back, so that you can change them, and to avoid asking you for your contact details again. It is kept for two years. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

4. Who has access

Only the BikUp team. Your data is never sold or rented. It is stored on our server; notification messages go through our email delivery provider.

5. How long

Your contact details and answers are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. Anonymous poll answers may be kept longer, as statistics.

6. Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@bikup.app. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. BikUp marketplace

Accounts, bookings and payments on the BikUp marketplace and software are covered by the BikUp privacy and cookie policy.
