LEGAL INFORMATION
Website terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the BikUp Pro presentation website, published by SAS BikUp (see the legal notice). By browsing the website, you accept them.
Use of the BikUp Pro software and the BikUp marketplace is governed by the BikUp terms of use, which prevail for everything relating to accounts, bookings and payments.
2. Access to the website
The website is free to access, without creating an account. BikUp endeavours to keep it accessible and up to date, but may interrupt it for maintenance or change its content at any time.
3. Your contributions
The website allows you to answer polls, vote for ideas, suggest an idea, ask a question and request a call back. By contributing, you undertake not to publish any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or unrelated to BikUp Pro.
- Suggested ideas are reviewed before publication. They are published without your name, together with the establishment you may have indicated.
- Poll results are published in aggregate form, never showing any individual’s answer.
- Questions and call-back requests are never published.
- BikUp may refuse or remove any contribution that breaches these terms.
By suggesting an idea, you authorise BikUp to use it freely to develop its services, without any consideration.
4. Protection against bots
Forms are protected by an automatic check performed by your browser, with no third-party service or additional cookie. Automated bulk submissions are prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the website is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without the written permission of BikUp is prohibited.
6. Liability
The information on the website is provided for guidance only and may change, in particular features under development and the roadmap. BikUp cannot be held liable for third-party websites to which the website links.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction. For any question: contact@bikup.app.
